Kings, queens and elected representatives have ruled Denmark for 800 years from Christiansborg Palace. The palace is the only building in the world where the legislature, the executive and the judiciary are assembled under one roof. 

Today, Christiansborg Palace is thus the seat of the Danish Parliament, the Prime Minister’s Office and the Supreme Court of Denmark. It also houses the Royal Reception Rooms, the Royal Stables, the Royal Kitchen, the Court Theatre, Christiansborg Palace Chapel and the Ruins, not to mention Copenhagen’s tallest tower.
