The Danish Parliament Information Centre is free of charge, and we are ready to provide factual answers to your questions by phone, e-mail or chat all weekdays from 10am.
We will help you separate fact from fiction and navigate the Danish political system. The Danish Parliament Information Centre receives many different enquiries every day and everybody is welcome to contact us. So please send us your question and we will provide you with an answer. If we are unable to answer your question, we will help direct you towards someone who can.
The Danish Parliament Information Centre typically answer questions within the remit of:

We cannot offer legal advice, legal procedure or interpretation of legislation. We also cannot comment or advise on policy questions, which should be directed towards the relevant politician, but we are happy to help you contact the right MP or committee.

The Danish Parliament’s websites contain a lot of information which can make information retrieval difficult. Furthermore, the legislative process is in Danish as are all the parliamentary documents. Whether you are looking for a specific document or need help with the search process generally, the Danish Parliament Information Centre is happy to help.

The Danish Parliament Information Centre is open Monday ‒ Friday 10am ‒ 4pm.
In between sessions the opening hours are Monday ‒ Friday 10am ‒ 3pm.

If your enquiry contains sensitive personal data, you must send it by encrypted mail to the Danish Parliament’s central e-mail address: [email protected] or via our enquiries page.
All enquiries sent before 3pm receive same day answers. In exceptional cases, where the enquiry has a wide scope we won’t have an answer for you until the next day, but we will let you know if this is the case.
